Broke manhole cover outside no 142

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 8114764.

This is a newly created issue. The cover is in two parts and one has sunken down - misaligned? Broken?

There is a danager if it collpases then vechiles may drop a wheel in to it and sustain damage.
