Overgrown ivy

I reported this already and nothing was done. This ivy is pushing my fence. There are damage already to the bricks and ivy growing inside through the brick wall. Plus, growing over the fence into my garden. The side of my house is a rubbish dump because of this vegetation. My ref for this is 7975734 and I’m waiting for contact for almost one month now. I cut a lot of it that was invading my house, but if nothing is done, I will cut everything on the pavement and leave the vegetation there in the street. Also, now my brick wall needs fixing. Please get in touch as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Thank you
