Suspected Unlicensed HMO

I would like to report a property that I believe is being used as an unlicensed House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Address: 481 Blackfen Road, Sidcup, DA15 9NP

The previous family left the property, and it now appears to be rented to multiple unrelated tenants. The outbuilding has been converted into a self-contained flat, and an additional room has been added within the main building. There is also a large amount of CCTV installed in and around the property. These changes, along with the frequent different occupants, suggest the house may be operating as an HMO without the required licence.
