Blight on the road

Tree outside 45 Garden Avenue,, contractors cleared the growth under trees today did a good job but did not do this tree, It is the worst in the road , lovely trees in the road but I have a crab apple tree not fit for a public path, Belongs in an orchard not a road or pavement, I am at my wits end with the mess the droppings cause and to top it off it has not been attended to , The tree is half dead anyway it needs to be removed
