The grass verge and shrubs in Carlton Road Spa has not been cut in a long time causing long grass and shrubbery to obstruct the path. As a result littering on this verge has become unacceptable and plentiful given it looks so unkept. Please can someone do something. There are sharp cans and glass littered along the verge where dogs and children can injure themselves and the obstruction of the path is unacceptable for disabled people and those with children in pushchairs.
