Gate broken onpposite 28 -30 st Andrews way leading to North Cray Woods

Constantly having to listen to illegal motorbikes riding onto Foots Cray Meadows through the alleyway in St Andrews Road, the gate has been broken for quite some time letting bikes freely go through, this needs to be fixed as I feel this is a way that kids are getting onto and out of the meadows and are dangerous as they ride at speed, can something be done about fixing the gate as someone will get hurt.
