Shoddy repair to wall

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7962690.

After a excellent repair to the metal safety barrier between pavement and road outside No 196 Ellenborough Road why was the support wall under barrier not repaired as well? The bricks from the demolished wall have just been left lose on the pavement and are a hazard. I would hope the cars insurance paid for the repair and has this NOT been signed off yet.
