Regarding the property situated between the two, which appears to be unclaimed by either side, the trees growing there are extending onto our property, causing both obstruction and damage. We have attempted to trim the branches, but their growth is persistent. We are uncertain of the property's ownership and are seeking guidance on how to address this situation effectively.
