Car has not moved in well over 4 weeks at least; has no registration; has been abandoned.

This is a public road with limited parking and so many cars remain unmoved for months.

  • Following investigations, it has been found that the vehicle either has no MOT or has an unregistered owner. As such, the matter has been referred to the DVLA.
