Big yellow plastic cover for a drain on pavement covering manhole

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7954457.

Resident reporting there is a big yellow board left over a manhole which has been left outside for nearly 4 months it may be to do with a damaged manhole cover but is dangerous for pedestrians and a trip hazard for all public using this pavement. Please could someone look into this asap.
