Broken fence and overgrown bushes

Their fence has been like this for a while, I've seen multiple people having to walk in the road to avoid tripping. Mums with prams having to walk in the road especially with double buggies and I myself have almost tripped and fell due to there not being enough room on the pavement. Their front garden is always untidy and often a pungent smell can be detected while going past.

    • Carrying out enforcement noticing/investigations that are restricted by set timescales
    • Monitor for misuse or gather evidence
    • Monitor in heavy rainfall
    • Monitor Contractor performance
    • Requires reinspection after other internal/external involvement
