Failed Reinstatement contrary to the NRSW Act 1991. Road has sunk, indicating a totally inadequate substructure used to backfill, temporary tarmac used and not replaced, and to cap it off then the broken surface was put back in. Who from the council / Highway authority is auditing these contractors and holding them to account to unde rtake quality repairs? Needs to be permanently rectified under the undertaker's warranty obligations. Thank you.
