Vehicle with extension lead

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7858329.

A vehicle which is parked outside a property in Selsey crescent has a extension lead coming from it and going into a property, this is about 4 ft high and goes across the pavement, this is very concerning not sure if someone is living in the vehicle but it has been like it for several weeks and seems lower this week, could this be looked into, in case someone gets hurt.
