Uneven pavement

Reported via desktop in the Damaged pavement category anonymously at 16:28, Wed 9 July 2025

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7834621.

I would like to report an incident that occurred Sunday evening (22/06/25) between 8:30pm and 8:45pm. We was walking through the village and my daughter she was on her scooter riding along the pavement outside pink peppers on Albert road, Nuxley village Belvedere da17, when she fell off due to uneven pavement. I have reported this to Thames Water and they have advised me that this would be down to the local council. I am reporting this due the marks she now has on her face which has now left a scar, I tried speaking to shop owner but he wasnt caring or helpful at all

My daughter was in pain not being able to sleep on that side of her face and even missed out in participate fully in her first sports day due to this injury.

I have attached photos of her face and the reply from Thames Water
