Tree around light is dangerous and over hanging the public highway

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 2 days, 11 hours, 36 minutes later. Report ref: 7811577.

I complained under the following FMS number . FixMyStreet ref: 5006817 and was told it is down to me to deal with this issue. The tree is over hanging onto the footpath and is dying so it is the responsibility of Bexley Council to contact the resident to get it cut back to the back line. As it overhangs the footpath if I was to have an accident with it I would Per-sue a claim through the council so I am requesting that you deal with the property owner.
