Footpath blocked

Reported via Android in the Obstructions on pavements and roads category anonymously at 15:26, Friday 4 July 2025

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 2 days, 21 hours, 34 minutes later. Report ref: 7809942.

The footpath along Gipsy road South, beside the school is virtually unusable due to bushes, roses and other trees growing out across the path. It is the councils responsibility to ensure that footpaths are maintained in a usable condition. So it is the councils responsibility to either ask the residents to clear there foliage or the council must clear it and then issue a charge to the owner/ resident. It cannot remain in this state Today, many young mums with buggies and young children tried to pass the area. Some had to use evasive tactics.
