Rope Climbing frame damaged

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7809098.

The rope Climbing frame needs urgent attention, one of the bolts at the top of the rope frame has come away and all the other bolts are loose, the ones at the bottom are all screwed in tight, This is very dangerous and if gives way could cause an accident to children. please inspect urgently,
