It’s 3rd or 4th time I’ve reported people at 343 Bellegrove Road dumping their rubbish , garden waste and even furniture out on the pavement outside their house causing issues for people walking past or people with pushchairs etc getting close to the curb on a busy road. The people are from Vietnam and don’t speak English so difficult to explain it’s illegal. Can this be resolved once and for all please by by polite explanation from the council to them!
