For the last 2 years the man hole outside the charity shop at 20to21 wellington parade Blackfen rd Sidcup has been collapsing all they seam to do is out tarmac over the top of the man hope cover instead of resolving the issue which last only a few days then every vehicle that drives over it shoots water and tar mac over the path parked cars and covers members of the public my car has to be cleaned on a daily basis due to being absolutely coved in bits of tar mac and dried water Staines I thought the man hole cover should be level on the rd not sunken and temporary Coverd with tar mac as this has not resolved the issue and is very costly to keep cleaning my vehicle on a daily basis
