These hedges obstruct pedestrian passage, particularly affecting those with strollers or mobility challenges.

  • Following further investigations, we can confirm that the issue identified in this report does not currently exceed the Council's threshold where further action would be required at this stage. Further information on these guidelines can be found on our website:
