Dumped Vehicle with Rubbish - Health Hazard

The vehicle in the images has been dumped in the location stated for about a year now and as you will see it has been dumped full of rubbish with the windows open. There has been sightings of mice/rats/foxes around the vehicle which of course is unpleasant and unhygienic. Please could this be looked in to. Thanks.
