Clearing of Street gutters
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7679982.
This morning starting at 6.55am we were awoken to two men scrapping debris from the gutters and using a very loud blower to dislodge this. The time and noise in itself was not a problem, we are pleased to see street maintenance being undertaken, however the job was started so early in the morning that few if any cars had left for work and the job could not be done properly. There is a parking restriction between 10 and 12am when no cars are present. A later time for this job would have produced a more thorough and cost effective job which will not need to be repeated so soon.
