Continuous fly tipping from flats above shops

Will continue to report this on a weekly basis (as this is how often it happens).

Other persons report regarding this shows name of person dumping rubbish. This needs to be followed up and fly tipping team need to fine those doing it.

Issue is - rubbish is dumped @ weekend. By the time Monday comes and fly tipping team can attend to investigate, bin men have already collected rubbish.

Current fly tipping - foxes have ripped open rubbish and now whole road is scattered with offensive food and materials. Needs CCTV, or fine the person doing it (who can be clearly identified from other persons report that was submitted today)
