Massive cracked tarmac on pavement led to dangerous fall

This damaged kerb has been here for nearly a year, I fell over and hurt myself a few weeks ago and developed an awful and painful bruise/injury. This is unacceptable, and have often seen children tripping over the same site on their bikes and scooters as they go down the hill. Please can this be urgently repaired. I was lucky on this occasion but a child may end up with worse injuries.
