Large bushes encroaching on to the public footpath, with parked cars in road it is difficult to walk down the path without getting a mouthful of foliage or we have to walk in the road, this person every year fails to cut back the bushes and creates the same problem each year.

  • Following further investigations, we can confirm that the issue identified in this report does not currently exceed the Council's threshold where further action would be required at this stage. Further information on these guidelines can be found on our website:
