There has been continual fly tippin in the grounds of the Manor house which is by Holmbury Manor Flats. This is a fire hazard and we have seen a few large rats!

The fly tipping that is and ongoing problem at the Manor House, Sidcup, in the grounds of the council yard is a fire hazard waiting to happen. the Rubbish is near the flats of Holmbury Manor where there is a large tree in the grounds. We have had children light fires here before and if this rubbish isn't moved before the school holidays it could happen again. If they set fire or there is a fire and the tree which is near the flats catches light, the whole flats will go up in flames!! This is very worrying for residents that live there. Also we have seen quite a few rats here too. Something needs to be done. There is a barrier to stop people going in and out but it is not secure. The site needs to be made secure as we had a lot of problems here last year !
