L have sent a few emails reporting this constant dog poo and rubbish in the alleyway three days ago you sent me reply stating it had been done , lies it is dirty foul smelling dog poo in the alleyway, nothing has been done cans rubbish and needles are dotted along the alley, you say its been done even in words you say done, dont lie, l have written now including a picture of the email stating it had been done to the council, why not put a dog poo bin in the alley problem solved a bin at the end for rubbish problem solved , no you would rather lie to the residents shall l bag the poo and rubbish and bring it up to council offices, doing your job for you save you money send a sweeper get him out of the cafe where he resides most days
