Lots of potholes along Main Road, Sidcup

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7474392.

I would like to enquire when the main road which runs from Beadles garage to just before the Kia garage in Sidcup is going to be repaired. It is in a sorry state and has been for sometime, full of potholes and getting worse. Are there plans to re-surface it anytime soon?

    This matter will be dealt with as part of planned works in this location and may require a road closure and preparations are being made for a time to do them. It may be some months before they are able to take place but, in the meantime, we will continue to monitor the situation to see if the matter requires a more immediate, short-term treatment, prior to the planned works timescale
