Abroken gate belonging tp empty maisonette No 26 Russell close is causing the enanblement of constant rubbish and fly tipping in back gardens /yards of No s 24 and 26 Russell close.Causing distress to private owners of Nos 23 and 25 wirh people taking advantage of a short cut between the road in Sherbrook close and Russell close causing the fly tipping and constant stream of school children etc walking past the two private property entrance door and gardens .Rat activity has bern witnessed in said back gardens due to fly tipping .
