Blue bin slade green station car park

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7470982.

There are 4 blue bins - bottle bank/ paper/ general rubbish bins have not been emptied for years and they are all full to the brim. People put rubbish around the bins and that is collected but the rubbish in the bins is not being emptied.
