Missing width restriction

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7468721.

Bollard has been removed from the width restrictions coming up from Crayford. Cars are now traveling through at high speed as nothing to slow them down. HGV are now using this and also when coming down the hill, crossing the hatched area and going through on the wrong side of the road as no restriction in place. This is very dangerous and I’ve seen some very close calls with cars coming out of Chastillian turning left when a van or lorry has been coming through the restriction on the wrong side of the road.
