When are these areas going to be addressed? The newly planed shrubs are being choked by weeds which have not been removed. There is a team which turn up to weeds the bottom end of Methuen Road adjacent to the cenotaph but never ventured to the Hawthorn Road end to maintain. Why? Even local residents walk past trying to pull the reachable weeds out! Why has this been left to get into this state?
