Broken railing sharp and dangerous

At the Bridgen Road entrance to Bexley Woods the handrail barrier on the right hand aide of the slioe is broken again. The sharp ends are at knee level for a child and eye level for dogs and is very dangerous. The metal is rusted - it has been repaired before but has broken again. The rail is also extremely loose and needs replacing or re-concreting as it is an accident waiting to happen
