Damage to walls caused by roots

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7463984.

Good morning I see that the contractor has arrived to repair the pavement around the tree And talking to him he agreed that the roots have damaged the wall at 143 and 145 gipsy road. Please can you send someone to inspect as the roots are obviously approaching the houses or have already done so to avoid more damage
