Water ingress to The Golden Lion pub cellar through cracks in the pavement & road. Has been dye tested through external contractor who ran water & dye in the cracks of the pavement & road, which ended up in the cellar. Every time it rains hard the cellar floods

  • Following further investigations, we can confirm that the issue identified in this report does not currently exceed the Council's threshold where further action would be required at this stage. Further information on these guidelines can be found on our website:

    We will continue to monitor the situation and take the necessary steps if and when the issue does meet the Councils requirements for action.
