The alley way is now a dog poo heaven, rubbish cans vape cigs and needles , the alleyway is dirty, yet your pickers in lorries come round sit in monmouth have a fag and leave without doing the alleyway, why no bins why no sweeper with his trolley take him 5 mins on his route, nothing gets done yet you out our council tax up, its a disgrace and filthy it will get rats soon
