Overhanging tow bar of caravan 1.5 metres

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7438673.

This tow bar over hangs on to the pavement by 1.5 metres plus it is unsafe, not light no signs , sometimes it is covered in a green cover which makes it worse to see, it is a trip hazard for the elderly and for young mothers with pushchairs it is invisible at night, people have to go into the road to pass it, l have written to you twice sent pictures and you have done nothing what does it take an accident to make you do something, the address is number 2 porthkerry ave welling its a danger plus its in your kerb
