Leaning Tree - Has been struck by vehicles multiple times

The tree is leaning so much so that it blocks access to my driveway, but in addition to this it leans into the road and cas struck multiple vehicles causing debris to impact my own vehilces on the drive and my neighbours. Please remove the tree completely or alternatively replace the tree with a new one and a guide pole to ensure it grows upright. This is becoming a safetly risk.
