Overgrown Tree

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7437567.

This was reported last year as a very tall tree, and is affecting the residents guttering, A tree officer contacted resident to discuss this at the time and it was agreed that 5 and 1/2 metres would be taken off the tree, next time when it gets pruned.... The tree crew came over a week ago and have taken the smallest amount off the tree from the middle, and this has made no difference, Please can the crew return to complete what was promised .
