Dog poo bins not being emptied regularly

As a daily dog walker in Martens Grove I always pick up my dog’s poo but the dog poo bins are always full and they need to be emptied more frequently. Most dog walkers in the park do the right thing and pick up their dog’s poo and put it in the correct bins but if these all full they put it in the litter bins or worse they throw it in the woods or leave on the ground or even worse, they don’t pick it up at all.
