Potholes in road causing damage to buildings

These potholes are recurring issues for the nearby buildings and have worsened dramatically since February 2025. When HGVs or LGVs drive over these potholes, they cause the entire block of flats above Tile King to shake violently. As the traffic volume on this road is high, this causes repeat tremors, which are creating cracks in exterior/interior walls and frequently disturbing the residents.
