Illegal fishing again

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7378523.

2 youths, both white, aged about 14 to 16, one has a scooter. Fishing at 5 arches. One has a cap on, grey top, bright blue shorts, one has grey top on, taller and has a scooter, dark hair. Fishermen break the law,kill fish and leave tackle and line that kills wildlife as well as littering the environment
