Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7299973.

Unlicensed HMO. Previously reported but taken as of yet. Clear signs house is now being updated to fit in more people. Various males and young females coming and going from the property throughout the day and night. Blatant drug exchanges taking place outside and to the side of of the property. Is not registered on the council website as a HMO. Scrap metal also being stored in the garage with vans regularly coming and going!!
