The water meter outside of Morleys, 225 Blackfen Road, Sidcup, DA15 8PR has no cover on, and the bollard which was over this has been removed. There is also a deep hole of around 6 inches. Please can this be repaired, as resident reporting this has stated this is extremely dangerous and is a especially dangerous at night time when it is dark.
