Dislodged kirbstone between drop-down

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7272737.

This kirbstone is dislodged between two houses drop-down at numbers 38&40 and was laying into the road at approximately 45degrees not seeing this when pulling up the kirbstone has ripped the wall of my near side tyre causing it to require replacing at a cost of £80 which I wish to claim for , with receipt. I have taken the precautions of trying to replace the kirbstone to save further damage to other vehicles, but requires further attention.
