Light pollution into private bedroom

It has come to my attention that external lights have been installed at the newly constructed Riverside East development. While I fully understand the necessity of external lighting, I would like to request the installation of light shields on two specific lights (please see the attached image). The current setup is directly affecting my 12-month-old daughter's bedroom, causing disruption to her sleep. As a property manager, I have dealt with similar issues on multiple occasions, and I have found that the installation of light shields is a simple and cost-effective solution that resolves the problem.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a response at your earliest convenience.
