Drain collapsing

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7233142.

The drain cover is collapsing and causing a big risk to cyclists and motorists if not seen in time and avoided.

Looks exactly the same as what happened to the drain further up the road (just past the church on the left) which was simply tarmaced over instead of repairing the drain (this tarmac cover up is considerably lower than the road surface and very poorly done and still a hazard to cyclists / motorists as dips so much).
