Outside number 1 Wendover Way a pedestrian guardrail has been hit and 2 of the vertical roads within the frame are laying horizontally across the pavement but are still connected to the frame at the bottom. The rods will need to be ground off. This is an extremely dangerous situation with 2 schools nearby.
