Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7178006.

Drain blocks here outside 37 and needs to be cleared of debris. Resident here says everytime it rains drain blocks and the rain runs down his drive and into his garage. It causes flooding in his garage. He is sending in pics by email to show this.
