Concrete/cement spillage

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 7147683.

By the pedestrian crossing, there's a significant spillage of concrete and or cement with stones, rubble. Anytime a large vehicle passes over it, it gets thrown up posing a danger to pedestrians. This is on the eastbound side, and is about 50 yards in length.
